Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for establishing, managing and maintaining an effective quality assurance system.
• Controlling compliance with processes from fabric inspection/ cutting/ production/ packaging to minimize defect rates, recycling and material loss.
• In charge of quality control and making daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Training the factory's QC team.
• Other tasks assigned by the Company Director.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
• At least 5 years' of solid working experience in cotton knit garment manufacturing at a similar level (QA/QC Management)
• Good knowledge in cotton knit garment production technique and operation, including strong technical understanding of garment assembly
• Computer literate
• Preferably proficient in Vietnamese and English (or Chinese)
• Strong analytical skills and desire to improve and problem solve
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership ability and able to work independently
• Work collaboratively as part of a management team
• Results orientated
