• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests on products to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and prepare reports for management.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices and procedures.
• Participate in audits and inspections by regulatory agencies and clients.
• Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes to enhance product quality.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management).
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is a plus.
