QA/QC Specialist

- Supervise the QC team at the production site.
- Directly manage the product quality assurance within the scope of the factory in charge.
- Ensure that there are no defect in compliance with the quality system in production.
- Control compliance with production processes and regulations and ensure that all products must meet the set standards and regulations.
- Plan effective and efficient control in the Quality System
- provide solutions to handle quality incidents in production.
- Monitor technical parameters and product quality on the production line, check and supervise the production process according to the workers' stages - Analyze the causes of errors, take corrective actions and continuously improve.
- Check the first sample and the quality of new products.
- Guide and train new QC staff on quality control techniques.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to improve products and production process systems, quality control.
- Participate in reviewing quality instructions (WI) and promptly respond to the issuing department to ensure continuous production.
- Prepare quality reports according to requirements.
- Perform recording and archiving of records according to procedures.
- Report daily/weekly work to direct manager.
