• Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Science, Quality Management, Materials Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in PU foam (Polyurethane Foam) manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of quality control methods, inspection standards, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiar with quality documentation, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methods.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Yêu cầu
• Experience in flexible PU foam, insole, latex foam, footwear materials, or chemical manufacturing industries.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with customer audits, OEM manufacturing, or international quality standards is preferred.
