Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a QA Staff (Garment, Open to fresh graduates, $650, ID21347)
Perform inspections of incoming raw materials, components, and finished garments to verify compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
Work closely with the production team to develop, implement, and maintain effective quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
Identify quality issues, report findings to management and customers as required, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions to resolve nonconformities.
Monitor production activities, analyze quality performance, and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and productivity.
Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality requirements, inspection methods, and best practices to promote a strong quality culture.
Requirement
Male or female
Within the legal working age.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree or above in Garment Technology, Business Administration, Languages, or a related field.
Open to candidates with no prior experience.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
