Working Location: No. 02, KCN Dong Van I Mo Rong, Ha Nam/Ninh Binh
(We provide shuttle bus for employees from Hung Yen and Ha Noi)
1. Apply Environmental Management Program (Salmonella / Listeria) at the Food Factory (Environment Monitoring Program - EMP):
a) Train relevant employees at the Ninh Binh factory and subcontracting units on the EMP program to ensure they understand and comply.
b) Develop an annual sampling plan for the EMP program and ensure sampling is carried out according to the plan at the Ninh Binh factory and subcontracting units.
c) Develop and manage the budget to ensure expenditures do not exceed the allocated budget.
d) Archive monthly Salmonella test results to prepare for internal audits.
e) Update, implement, and apply new requirements for the EMP program.
f) Regularly report on the progress of implementing the EMP program to the department head.
g) Store records and documents in accordance with regulations.
2. Apply AIB Program at the Ha Nam/Ninh Binh Factory and Subcontracting units to Ensure the Company's Annual Audit Goals Are Met:
a) Develop a regular internal audit plan.
b) Conduct regular audits at the Ninh Binh factory and encourage quality supervisors at subcontracting units to perform audits according to the plan.
c) Monitor and remind relevant departments to implement corrective actions to promptly address issues identified during internal and external audits.
d) Guide the preparation of records, documents, infrastructure, and equipment for external audits.
e) Perform an annual overall evaluation of the Ninh Binh factory to identify gaps and work with relevant departments to create a budget for corrective actions.
f) Update, implement, and apply new requirements for the AIB program.
g) Support quality supervisors at subcontracting units regarding the AIB program.
3. Apply QSHA Program at the Ha Nam/Ninh Binh Factory and Subcontracting units to Ensure the Company's Annual Audit Goals Are Met:
a) Develop a regular internal audit plan.
b) Conduct regular audits at the Ninh Binh factory and encourage quality supervisors at subcontracting units to perform audits according to the plan.
c) Coordinate with relevant departments at Ninh Binh to conduct traceability and recall exercises.
d) Monitor customer complaints related to quality and food safety, and ensure relevant departments implement corrective actions promptly.
e) Monitor and remind relevant departments to implement corrective actions to close issues found in both internal and external audits.
f) Guide the preparation of records, documents, infrastructure, and equipment for regional audits.
g) Perform an annual overall evaluation of the Ninh Binh factory to identify gaps and work with relevant departments to create a budget for corrective actions.
h) Develop a plan for regular sampling of water used in production and processing, ensuring that monthly water test results are obtained from the supplier and sampling is performed according to plan at the Ninh Binh factory.
i) Develop a calibration and testing plan for equipment, ensuring that the calibration and testing plan is executed as scheduled at the Ninh Binh factory.
j) Develop and manage the budget to ensure expenditures do not exceed the allocated budget.
k) Archive monthly Salmonella and Listeria test results to prepare for internal audits.
l) Update, implement, and apply new requirements for the QSHA program.
m) Support quality supervisors at subcontracting units regarding the QSHA program.
4. Apply FSSC 22000 Program at the Ha Nam/Ninh Binh Factory and Subcontracting units to Ensure the Company's Annual Audit Goals Are Met:
a) Develop a regular internal audit plan.
b) Develop a regular management review plan.
c) Conduct regular audits at the Ninh Binh factory and encourage quality supervisors at subcontracting units to perform audits according to the plan.
d) Monitor and remind relevant departments to implement corrective actions to close issues found in both internal and external audits.
e) Guide the preparation of records, documents, infrastructure, and equipment for regional audits.
f) Perform an annual overall evaluation of the Ninh Binh factory to identify gaps and work with relevant departments to create a budget for corrective actions.
g) Support quality supervisors at subcontracting units regarding the FSSC 22000 program.
5. Manage Product Barcode Systems and Release Product Formulas (FML):
a) Manage the product and packaging barcode system in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring there are no duplicate barcode numbers between products and packaging.
b) Provide accurate and timely barcode numbers for products and packaging to relevant departments when requested.
c) Manage the FML system for products, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
d) Release updated FMLs to relevant departments when there are changes or updates from related departments.
e) Conduct an annual review of the Barcode and FML systems.
6. Reporting:
a) Provide regular reports related to AIB, QSHA, FSSC 22000, monthly OR reports, and other reports related to quality, food safety, etc., for the Region and Sector.
b) Perform self-test I2C and report the results of internal assessments for I2C periodically.
7. Build Team Capacity:
a) Develop a training plan on GMP, AIB, EMP, QSHA, FSSC 22000 for all relevant employees at the Ha Nam factory and encourage them to complete the training according to the plan.
b) Collaborate with quality supervisors at subcontracting units to develop a training plan for GMP, AIB, EMP for all relevant employees and ensure the training is conducted as planned.
c) Propose rewards and disciplinary actions for employees.
d) Communicate policies and relevant information to employees in a timely manner.
e) Participate in regular meetings with supervisors and team leaders to align plans and update technical issues, quality control, food safety, etc., and work performance results.
f) Participate in resolving quality control/food safety incidents with employees (if they are unable to resolve the issues themselves).
8. Other Responsibilities:
a) Support the receipt of materials for trials at the Ninh Binh factory and subcontracting units: receiving, storing, transferring to production, and disposal of materials.
b) Host inspection and audit teams related to quality and food safety when requested.
c) Support the SQA team in conducting supplier evaluations when required.
Yêu cầu
• University Degree in chemistry (Foods chemistry/ applied chemistry, chemical engineering...)
• At least 5 years experiences in QA
• Have good written and oral communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Good presentation skill, influence skills
• Well versed in MS Office applications
