QA Supervisor (QA主管)

* 岗位职责:
- 向公司总监负责,确保出口商品的整体质量,确保产品符合质量要求和客户标准。
- 管理产品的整体输入和输出质量(包括外包商品),严格遵守质量管理流程, 针对产品检验中出现的质量异常,及时汇报解决
- 负责对工厂所有QC和QA员工进行培训和指导
- 陪同客户查货、验厂
* Job Responsibilities:
- Report to the company director, ensure the overall quality of exported goods and that products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Manage the overall input and output quality of products (including outsourced goods), strictly adhering to quality management process, and report and solve quality anomalies identified during product inspections.
- Responsible for training and guiding all QC and QA teams in the factory.
- Accompany clients during inspections and factory audits.
