Mô tả công việc
· Organizing the implementation of quality control and meet customer's requirement
· Managing all internal and external regulation/standard related to technique
· Participating in the operator skill training and confirmation
· Organizing the implementation of quality control and co-ordinating with functions for the improvement in the production process
· Identify and recommend training needs for subordinates
· Managing machine, testing and measurement equipment
· Preparation customer's requirement for the audit, check
· Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (priority electrical major)
· At least 3 years of experience in controlling quality (Experience in the position of QA Supervisor is preferred)
· Ability to communicate and make report in English
· Good in using Microsoft Office
· 5 Core Tools - 7 Quality Tools - 8D Report and PDCA is a plus
· QMS - IATF16949 Certificate and Internal auditor is a plus
· Reporting skill, Solving problem skill
