Main responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control of product and CFA's & Lab performance within the organization.
This role ensures that leading/ training a team of CFA / Lab professionals to aware of customer need, satisfaction.
Principle Accountabilities
1. Arrange people and monitor the work performance of CFA /
Lab Technician2. Address and resolve quality issues with related department, especially the
defects with high defect rate in the line and repeated defects.
3. Training/ leading / evaluating the new/old CFA.
4. Join the process of reciprocating with customer.
5. Monitor, follow up and check the process to find and prevent in the right time.
6. Conduct regular and randomly audits and inspections to ensure compliance
with quality control process and quality standards.
7. Participate in meeting and resolve the quality issue in meeting
8. Other tasks are assigned by direct management.
• Bachelor or college's degree in Textile major, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a textile factory in same position or relevant position.
• Strong knowledge of quality standard, requirement in the garment industry.
• Strong knowledge for the quality control process.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft software.
• Strong English (Listen, Speak, Read, Write)
• Good communication skills and work orientation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
