QA SYSTEM LEADER - CHÂU ĐỨC

- Assist Sr QA/QC Manager in building systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 3834, EN 1090, AS 5131 and other standards as directed by the Board of Directors..
- Make a list of documents to be developed as required by the standard.
- Make an implementation plan.
- Develop system documents.
- Submit to the Board of Directors for approval.
- Instruct, support and coordinate with other departments to develop the department's operation process as well as the inter-departmental process.
- Issue documents about the Company's management system (including system and operation documents of all departments).
- Directly/ indirectly support departments to apply the issued documents.
- Review the operations of the departments periodically/ irregularly..
- Record the condition, send correction and corrective actions (if any) to the departments and instruct the departments to implement.
- Summarize reports on validity and effectiveness.
- Verify that quality activities are in accordance with applicable standards.
- Establish and manage: targets, action plans, KPIs, budget plans for operating the Company's management system.
- Implement improvement programs that the Company has applied (Kaizen, 5S, lean, six sigma, ...).
