The Quality Assurance team is responsible for performing in-scrum, acceptance, system, performance test activities for all Cốc Cốc browser and search engine products. This role strives to ensure that product activities are conducted to a high standard aligned with the right business priorities and needs. This role is perfect for Cốc Cốc who has experience delivering high-quality software and test automation solutions in a highly dynamic development environment, who enjoys rolling their sleeves up, getting involved in solving problems and removing obstacles.
As QA Team Leader, you will effectively lead a team of testers and take full responsibility for the project's success. The role involves quality & test advocacy, resource planning & management, and resolution of issues that impede the testing effort. You will also work closely with other project groups to increase the quality of software delivered.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project
- Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
- Deploying and managing resources for testing
- Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
- Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
- Organizing internal training for testing team on different products.
REQUIREMENTS
Required skills:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of testing and test management on large software implementation projects,
- Experience in manage a testing team work on several projects at the same time,
- Experience in testing with Web/Mobile projects,
- People management and leadership skills, including coaching, supervision, staffing, and conflict management,
- Experience with configuration management / build management procedures,
- In-depth knowledge of the SDLC as well as various software testing methodologies,
- Highly experienced writing test plans and test cases, and documenting software defects and anomalies,
- Experience implementing, administering and training on automated testing tools such as: Selenium, Telerik Test Studio, Katalon Studio,
- Experience with at least one or more programming or scripting languages (e.g. SQL, Java, Javascript, Unix, XML),
- Good English communication.
