K&M Holdings is a dynamic startup in Hanoi specializing in SaaS/AaaS solutions. Our flagship products include an IP Telephony platform built on Asterisk, a coalition loyalty app, and AI-powered customer care agents.
* Requirements:
- Availability for occasional meetings outside office hours and/or weekend work as required
* About the role:
- In this role, you will be working as a member of the centralized DevOps - Security - QA - Support team that support all 3 flagship products.
* Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test plans, both automated and manual, for all technology products.
- Execute testing protocols, document issues, and work with development teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Continuously improve testing frameworks and integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent), and security engineering.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.) and a deep understanding of network security protocols.
