Follow up with suppliers about all La-Z-Boy requirements in production.
Make notes on any changes from the details and inform the QC manager to get approved.
Conduct daily OCA audits and in line inspection for all Suppliers assigned by supervisor.
Calculate the audit samples based on the OCA Audit Plan by using the Packing List, AQL Level.
Inspect finished products to ensure and meet the compliance of the La-Z-Boy Quality Standards.
Make final decision on accepting or rejecting a shipment.
Document OCA audit results and generate reports for La-Z-Boy Quality, La-Z-Boy Global, GTC, Suppliers, and Supply Chain Team Members.
Develop continuous improvement reports from OCA audits and present them to La-Z-Boy Quality and Supply Chain Management teams.
Support La-Z-Boy Quality Team and Suppliers with SCAR Process
Support PPAP Process Team Members during the new launch process.
Other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Vocational Certificate or College degree.
Having experience for cut & sew, components and casegoods.
Local language speaker and good English or Chinese communication skills.
Excellent visual color assessment capability.
Technical training in writing control plans.
Computer skills - business software - Word, Excel, Power Point.
Communication skills - including verbal & written, presentation, negotiation & conflict resolution.
Travel to assigned vendor's facility by production or audit need on daily basis.
