JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develops Li-ion battery management systems (BMS) to control and monitor the
increasingly powerful and complex batteries of the future green energy sector.
We are growing rapidly and need several new key employees to develop and produce new generations
of battery management systems for batteries in cars, trains, motorcycles, and energy storage systems.
To ensure consistent quality in these emerging high-volume applications
Continually developing and maintaining the company's existing ISO9001 system to support rapid
growth
Aligning quality processes in Lithium towards automotive standards
Performing regular internal audits within Manufacturing, Sales, R&D and Management, and
ensuring adherence to quality processes across all departments
Driving resolution of non-conformities and CAPAs
Training management
Maintaining Quality KPIs
Leading monthly QA meetings
Acting as the main point of contact on all quality matters, internally and externally
You will be working closely with all departments in the company and with relevant stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Lithium factory
A technical education, as engineer or similar
Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, can-do approach to quality
Strong project management skills and ambitions to shape the company culture across departments
Experience with both small and large companies will be an advantage,
