QC Engineering

A. Visit regularly our suppliers in order to:
- understand the production processes
- define potential risks
- define action plan in order to eradicate potential risks.
- check production status of current orders at factory.
B. All in-line & final inspection in factories:
- To evaluate product specifications and compare them with UMA requirements.
- To examine materials and parts from the supplier to ensure compliance with specifications. To inspect the final product made with those materials.
- To have strong attention to detail and to follow drawings and UMA requirements to determine the quality of products.
- To ensure product compliance with UMA standards.
- Notifies supervisor or specified personnel of deviations from specifications.
C. Conduct internal tests like impact test, stability test of the sample and items of the current production as per our standard and standards of the customers.
D. Responsible for all the product inspection reports:
- Timely report the status if there's any potential risk of product quality and overdue orders.
- Pre-production sample and production sample checking report.
- Responsible for updating and statistical information quality production.
- Do final inspection reports and record.
- To maintain and update documentations and quality control procedures.
- To monitor performance by collecting relevant information and preparing statistical reports.
- To record information from inspections and keep track QC report.
