Mô tả công việc
- Understand the company's goods specification.
- Ensure the product's quality is always in accordance with company's standard.
- Go to the factory and do the goods inspection (before shipment).
- Take the pictures and make the detailed inspection report.
- Do the factory audit if required.
- Identify the potential risks in the factory.
- Ensure the factory is following strictly the Food Safety Rule.
- Recommend the improvement action after inspection/audit.
- Update, forecast and report the situation of raw material (crop, input, output, price,...).
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from university, major of Food (Fruit & Vegetable) Technology.
- More than 5 year experience as a QC/QA and an auditor.
- In-depth knowledge of fruit manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently from remote location.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in English and computer skills.
- Laptop and camera are required.
- Candidate living in Mekong Delta is preferable.
