Mô tả công việc
Monitor and inspect installation, alignment, testing, and commissioning activities of rotating equipment.
Conduct inspections for pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, fans, gearboxes, and associated mechanical equipment.
Verify equipment preservation, installation procedures, alignment records, vibration reports, and mechanical completion documents.
Review vendor documents, inspection reports, equipment certificates, and quality records.
Witness equipment setting, shaft alignment, coupling installation, lubrication activities, and commissioning tests.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, manufacturer recommendations, and applicable international standards.
Coordinate with vendors, construction teams, commissioning teams, and engineering disciplines to resolve quality issues.
Ensure inspection instruments and measuring equipment are calibrated before use.
Participate in hold-point and witness-point inspections as defined in the ITP.
Maintain quality documentation and support mechanical completion and handover activities.

Yêu cầu
8+ years of QA/QC experience in mechanical rotating equipment.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience with pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, and packaged equipment inspection.
Strong knowledge of API 610, API 617, API 611, API 686, and related international standards.
Experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Power, or LNG projects.
Familiarity with alignment, vibration monitoring, mechanical run tests, and commissioning activities.
ISO 9001 Auditor certification is preferred.
Strong coordination and reporting skills.
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of API 610, API 617, API 611, API 686, and related international standards.
