This position works closely with related departments such as Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Process Engineering
Responsibilities & Duties
Coordinated the implementation of compliance requirements to control IQC, IPQC, and FQC.
Checked and reported the status of quality-related items during the product development process.
Implemented the Quality Management Dashboard using Power BI.
Monitored several critical defects using control charts for preventive purposes (as part of QA).
Developed Work Instructions (WI) for production equipment and machinery.
Monitored and participated in SCAR and CAR evaluations.
Implemented Quality Improvement projects.
Performed other tasks flexibly as assigned during the internship.
