QC Team Leader
Job description
1. In charge of the quality management of one or two factories, and the QCs assigned to these factories.
2. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers,QCs and QC manager
3. Make sure the quality standard documents,master samples are followed by the team members and factories.
4. Make sure all team members are following the company working procedure.
5. Manage issues regarding sampling, quality,production progress and loading
6. Analyse and find solution for quality issues at work shop as well as being alert for repeating problems.
7. Find root cause and solution for customer complaints
8. Closely watching the production schedule and shipments to assure on time delivery.
9. Assess performance of QCs
10. Fill in reports timely and acurately
QC主管职责
1. 主管1-2个工厂的质量及下属QC人员管理
2. 与主管工厂,QC及上级积极沟通协调,善于处理QC与工厂的分歧。
3. 确保公司品质标准及标准样有被遵循和执行。
4. 确保所有的下属都有执行公司的工作流程。
5. 处理所负责工厂得样品,品质,生产进度和装箱等方面的问题。
6. 针对车间发现的问题分析原因寻找解决方案,同时想办法避免类似问题的重复出现。
7. 对客诉问题进行原因分析及改进方案探索
8. 关注生产进度和装柜,确保及时出货。
9. 评估QC的表现
10. 及时准确发送报告
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- Associate degree or above
- Speak fluent Vietnamese& Chinese or Vietnamese&English
- 5 years or above experience in indoor furniture
- Honest, hardworking,hands on personalities
- Adaptable to flexible working time and can work overtime
- Good communication skills,self-discipline and management
- Good at team building and management
- Willing and able to solve problems
- Skillful at office software
- European furniture market experience is a plus
要求:
- 专科或以上学历
- 除越南语外,还要求会中文或者英语。
- 室内家具行业5年以上经历
- 有诚实,实干,吃苦耐劳的性格
- 接受灵活的工作时间,接受加班。
- 良好的自律和自我管理能力,良好的沟通技巧。
- 善于团队建设和管理
- 有解决工作中遇到的问题、困难的意愿和能力
- 熟练使用办公软件,如:excel, word,PDF, Photoshop, email
- 有欧洲家具经验者优先
