The Job

Define the test strategy, test approach, test automation and test plan for all projects
Ensure that all projects are making appropriate testing progress and output on a day-to-day basis.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, automate and track progress.
Decide the criteria for acceptance product and product components.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for QCs and Projects.
Producing statistical reports on quality standards.
Review test design, automation, results and report from members
Track, record, and maintain quality assurance data.
Approve/Rejecting products that pass/fail quality standards.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Document workflows identify barriers or obstacles and offer solutions

Your Skills and Experience

At least 5 years of experience in software development projects.
At least 2 years of experience as a Team leader/ Manager
Strong systems aptitude in order to utilize multiple computer applications and the ability to understand how systems interface.
Knowledge writing read-only SQL queries within relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server).
Excellent communication, organization, influence, problem-solving skill
Attention to detail and multitasking skill
Familiar with product wireframe or product management tools such as Balsamiq, Azure, Jira, Redmine
Knowledge with ISTQB, ISO 9000 implementation
English is required
Experience in an Agile environment is a plus
