Mô tả công việc
Purpose / Mission
• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of Quality control
General
• Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting goals, analyzing performance data, and fully responsible for sound quality of products
• Generate leads, establish and strongly influence the organization. These professionals ensure that every product meets consistent standards
• Develop and implement quality control tests, inspect various production stages and make improvisations. Assuring that manufacturing or delivery projects meet or exceed contractual requirements
• Ensuring that all activities of the department are performed in a safe manner and in accordance with the company`s health and safety policies
• Develop and enlarge the supplier database
• Do quality audits at potential suppliers
• Support other departments in project works in QC related issues
• Do trial-assembly-, intermediate- and final-inspections
• Expediting and reporting about status, progress and possible delays
Main Tasks
• Clarify fabrication, shipping or other relevant requirements
• Review and approve QC documentation
• Supervise corrosion protection execution
• Packing inspections and shipping supervision (e.g. container loading)
• Establish and maintain a high level of inspection systems, procedures and reporting methods
• Create department guidelines and process descriptions
• Create/develop standard templates (inspection report, audit report, progress report, shipping report, etc.).
• Supervise, train and support the development of subordinated employees
• Any other task as instructed by the line Manager
Yêu cầu
Experience
• Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering
Experience
• At least 10 years of related working experience; at least 5 years of working experience in a managerial position
• Certified NDT supervisor/inspector (certified by a well-known international organization)
• Certified welding supervisor/inspector (certified by a well-known international organization)
• Certified painting supervisor/inspector (certified by a well-known international organization)
Competencies
• Having experience in industrial projects with heavy machinery equipment (energy, mining, oil and gas, chemicals, fertilizer, pipelines, etc.)
• Able to influence people with an assertive approach to obtaining results
• Capable of maintaining professional relationships with project team, suppliers, etc.
• Pro-active, motivated and competent
• Willing to travel (approx. 80%)
• Strong organizing skills, able to manage multiple resources and tasks
• Efficient use of Computer common programs: MS Office / CAD / ...
Skills
• Very good time-management skills
• Very good teamwork and communication skills
• Very good command in English, both oral and in writing
