Organize, manage, and supervise quality control activities at each stage of the production process; ensure that inspection guidelines, standards, and methods are properly and consistently implemented.
Collaborate with other departments to provide guidance and promptly prevent or resolve errors, ensuring production and construction meet quality standards and project timelines
Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of the QC team, taking ultimate responsibility for the quality of approved goods.
Build, develop and manage the quality control system to ensure that incoming materials and outgoing products meet technical standards and customer requirements.
Propose and implement improvement activities to optimize production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
Lead the receipt, classification, and handling of nonconforming products arising during the production process; coordinate root cause analysis (RCA) and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
Plan and participate in internal and external audits related to the company's quality management system.
Coordinate with relevant departments to develop, improve, and update inspection standards, work instructions, and QC forms in alignment with actual production conditions.
Coordinate with the
QA Manager and relevant departments in internal audits, customer audits, and audits/assessments conducted by external authorities or organizations related to product quality.
