QC Manual Engineers

✨ About the role:

As Joblogic continues to grow, our Joblogic team in Vietnam is looking for a passionate, experienced QC Manual Engineer (Mid or Senior) to join us. You will play a crucial role in contributing to making a significant impact on our product development and driving growth for our business.

💡 The ideal candidate is expected to have:

• Solid Manual testing expertise with both web & mobile applications

• Reporting skills (such as defect report, quality report, test coverage report)

• A willingness to work on Automation testing

• Real experience with AI is a big plus

✨ Hiring process: Only 01 ROUND - Technical interview (English) with our VN QC Manual team

✨ What Your Main Focus Will Be - Manual testing:

• Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, new and regression test scripts, testing (defects) reports.
• Execute test responsibilities with minimal supervision, including test plan creation, test execution, debugging the detections and conducting testing reports.
• Provide testing estimates and participate in project planning.
• Learn new tools and technology to support test execution as needed.
• Ensure a positive end user experience for supported applications.

✨ What You Bring:

• Bachelor of Information Technology, or relevant field
• Ideally, 5+ years' hands-on experience in manual testing with both web and mobile applications
• Experience in analyzing specification requirements, developing, performing test cases, creating testing reports
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum model and regression testing
• Strong analytical, testing, troubleshooting errors
• Having knowledge of test management software (e.g. Jira)
• Experience with relational database concepts and SQL queries required
• Have win-win mindset, able to debate and contribute to make productive software
• Intermediate English communication (both spoken and written)

Nice to Have:

• Be able to script the automation by a tool, or create/maintain the automation framework is a plus.
• Having experience/willingness to work with AI
• Having knowledge or experience about API/Performance/Security testing is plus
• Experience in full cycle of software development
• Experience in management, testing/release
• Good teamwork, communication skills
• Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and methodologies
