Mô tả công việc
- Control all quality process in factory from beginning to final.
- Coordinate with production team to solve and improve quality issues.
- Evaluate Fit/PPS sample and recommend the approval or rejection.
- Able to Fit sample into the dummy and make comment and evaluation.
- Measure and inspect sample and provide correct analysis and have the ability to forecast production process to prevent quality issues.
- Set up the defect goals & checking plan for unfinished and finished garments in-line and end-line.
- Check fabric and trim of the submitted sample based on tech pack.
- Check pattern and sample and report any discrepancies and ask for clarification.
- Communicate to overseas counterpart offices if necessary.
- Responsible for all the QA/QC functions in the relevant section.
- Implement/ follow up quality improvements initiatives.
- Co-ordinate with factories and merchandising team to arrange the inspection schedule
- Provide technical advice and support on all quality assurance issues e.g. corrective and preventive action plans to meet quality standards and performance.

Yêu cầu
- Male/ Female, graduated from university or upper level.
- At least 1 - 2 years working experience of QA/QC position in garment industry.
- Pattern and garment construction knowledge for both woven and knit
- Ability to find faults and knowledge of corrective measures
- Understanding of Garment Manufacturing Processes and it's quality requirements/ standards
- Capability in production co-ordination and all aspects in inspection planning, procedures and standards
- Ability to approve samples (photo, size set, pre-production)
- English communication: proficient.
- Informatics: proficient in using word, excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience in QA/QC is preferable.
- High responsibility in work, careful, meticulous, agile, honest, good health.
