Mô tả công việc

Determines quality improvement parameters using statistics methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
Establishes statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error; determining levels of confidence.
Have practical experience and knowledge in Gauges, (calibrations, max error, gauge R&R,..) (Limited but have some experience)
Have knowledge in SPC and PPAP.
Develops experiments and build data to explain root causes and elimination of quality issues. (Not much progress)
Develops sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods. (No experience controlling this topic)
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations. (Limited)
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; Getting updated of new methods
Responsible for implementing reliable measuring methods in coordination with QA team, in order to have a SINGLE way of measure across the departments. (Working)
Seeking the best compatible measurement methods in order to get parts measured as fast as possible keeping always reliability of measurements. (Working but limited)
Bridge between production and QA on measurements, rejections at QA and reworks at production (Part of the communication but not much progress)
Daily study with root cause analysis with a clear action plan on rejections at production and rework jobs.(Not much progress)
Ensure that measurements are being done and recorded by the operators as per sampling plan approved.
Checks on rejections and first root cause if material, man, methods, machine or/and measurements (5M).(Following up as part of reject summary)
Responsible to monitor rejections and ways of reduction scrap by working with the teams (Limited)
Training production teams on how to measure, and make sure the records are available (???)
Monitor DMRs and make sure all closed on time, to avoid affecting WIP.
Participate actively in production meetings asking questions and trying to deeply understand issues
Understand data and summarize probable causes of issues, as well resolutions (Limited)
Raw material report DMR first analisys and sharing with Heat Treatment manager and with Supply Chain Raw Materials.
Summarize monthly the rejection levels and share with the relevant teams.
Daily action plan with root cause analysis on defective parts and follow up with the related departments (limited)
Make sure parts measurements and dully recorded and always available.
Measurement audits performed with results and actions in case measurements discrepancies are verified.
Advise teams of the importance of getting parts measured in order to avoid quality issues
Focus on reducing rejection and rework, with a clear action plan.

Yêu cầu

English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
At least 5 years' experience in related areas
Have practical experience and knowledge in measurement instruments
Have knowledge in SPC and PPAP is a strong added point.
Computer work, maths skills
Practical knowledge in engineering.
Ability to run 2D & 3D designing software
Skills and ability in planning, continuous improvement of production
Analyse and settle problems within job function
Ability to program and / or troubleshoot CNC programs would be highly regarded
Leadership skills, plans making & implementation skills
Understanding of metal works preferable
Process and mechanical engineering
