Implement Products & Process Control Plans (P/PCP) to ensure that processes are followed & products are conform to latest specified quality requirements for product, component which delivered to RSC
Document & Maintain records of Inspections & Tests as well Corrective & Preventives Actions Implementation for subcontractor
Proactively help eliminating Products rejection by issuing Quality Alerts, identifying Quality issue & isolating defective products
Recommend & Contribute to subcontractor & QC Continuous Improvements
Routinely audit the active use of QC inspection checklists & tools
Proactively follow-up & ensure that reported Quality Alerts or Weekly Inspection Call-outs Corrective & Preventive Action Plans are effectively applied by subcontractor until complete resolution
Attend to Production, Inline & Resolve Customer Issues (RCI) Meetings to proactively address and/or emphasize on Quality issues & resolutions
Collaborate with Quality Engineering & In-Process QC & Production Managers to ensure that all are following the same Company Standards & Specifications
Set regular routine for all Subcontractor Quality Controllers.

Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality Management preferred
Excellent understanding of Indoor Luxury Furniture Quality
Can read the documentation and drawing.
