Control and ensure product quality compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee quality inspections from raw materials to finished products.
Monitor the implementation of quality control systems and continuously improve quality management processes.
Manage and update quality documentation, ensuring adherence to SSOP, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
Regularly review and refine control procedures to enhance efficiency.
Ensure that work instructions (WI) and standard operating procedures (SOP) are properly followed.
Investigate root causes of quality issues and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective (CAR) and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
Supervise and train the QC team to strengthen their inspection skills.
Assign tasks effectively and evaluate the performance of QC personnel.
Ensure that QC personnel fully understand and follow quality control procedures.
Handle customer complaints related to product quality.
Coordinate with other departments to investigate the root causes of quality issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
Evaluate and control the quality of raw materials from suppliers to ensure consistency and compliance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Analyze quality data and propose improvement initiatives to optimize the quality management system.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, 5S, and workplace hygiene regulations.
Maintain adherence to occupational safety policies and ensure a high-quality production environment.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Graduated from University with a major related to Food Safety, Quality Assurance, or Food Technology.
Ability to work independently, enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to handle work pressure.
At least 3 years of experience working in a food factory in a similar management position (priority given to candidates with experience in sauce and kimchi production).
Fluent in English (Korean proficiency is a plus).
Possess FSSC 22000, HALAL, and other relevant food industry certifications.
Proficient in office computer skills (MS Office, etc.).
