The QC Team Lead is responsible for leading and managing the Quality Control team to ensure the delivery of high‐quality software products. This role acts as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders, driving testing strategies, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of quality across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor, and manage the QC team, ensuring effective task allocation and performance tracking.
Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test cases for projects.
Ensure testing activities meet project timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with
Product Owners,
Developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and define testing scope.
Implement and continuously improve testing processes (manual and automation).
Monitor and report on testing progress, analyze defects, and recommend corrective actions.
Promote the use of test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, TestRail) and integrate automation testing where applicable.
Provide training and guidance to enhance team members' skills and career growth.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
Hands‐on experience with test management tools (Jira, Xray, TestRail, Zephyr).
Ability to design test cases, test plans, and analyze test results.
Experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills.
Proficiency in English for reading technical documentation and effective communication.
