QC Team Leader (Warehouse)

Quality Control Activities
- Monitor and maintain accurate daily stock status.
- Supervise the quality of stored inventory on a regular basis.
- Inspect the condition of delivery and transportation vehicles at the warehouse.
- Ensure product quality before receiving and dispatching goods (including document checks, external inspection, labeling).
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to handle defective products in a timely manner.
Support to Warehouse
- Support the warehouse in improving food safety and hygiene conditions.
- Prepare reports related to 5S implementation at the warehouse.
- Conduct food safety and hygiene training sessions for warehouse staff.
Rules & Regulations
- Comply with all company policies, standard procedures, and internal regulations.
- Monitor, guide, and remind warehouse staff to follow established rules and protocols.
Other Duties
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on food safety and hygiene as required.
- Perform other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
