Mô tả công việc
Quality Control Activities
- Monitor and maintain accurate daily stock status.
- Supervise the quality of stored inventory on a regular basis.
- Inspect the condition of delivery and transportation vehicles at the warehouse.
- Ensure product quality before receiving and dispatching goods (including document checks, external inspection, labeling).
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to handle defective products in a timely manner.
Support to Warehouse
- Support the warehouse in improving food safety and hygiene conditions.
- Prepare reports related to 5S implementation at the warehouse.
- Conduct food safety and hygiene training sessions for warehouse staff.
Rules & Regulations
- Comply with all company policies, standard procedures, and internal regulations.
- Monitor, guide, and remind warehouse staff to follow established rules and protocols.
Other Duties
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on food safety and hygiene as required.
- Perform other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

Education and Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Food Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of food quality standards and systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, and 5S.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC, fresh food receiving, or food safety-related roles in warehousing or supply chain.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High self-discipline and ability to perform under pressure.
Other Characteristics
- Willing to travel or relocate as per job requirements.
- Honest, proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic in work.
