Mô tả công việc
Check and record mattress firmness to ensure products meet quality standards.
Test materials such as fabric, foam, and fiber to ensure they meet required quality and strength standards.
Complete daily quality reports for raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
Support quality inspections and documentation for new product approvals (PPAP).
Monitor quality issues and promptly report them for corrective action.
Compile and report weekly inspection results for raw materials, mattress covers, and finished goods.
Monitor and report weekly mattress firmness test results to identify potential quality issues promptly.
Analyze material strength test results to ensure consistent quality.
Support the review and verification of Technical Data Sheets (TDS) for key raw materials used in production.
Conduct monthly inventory verification for mattress covers, ensuring that physical stock matches system records.
Highlight and report any significant variances or inventory control issues to the relevant departments.

Yêu cầu
Minimum of an intermediate-level technical degree or higher in Quality, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in English. Experience in the furniture industry is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar technical or quality assurance role.
Experience in preparing reports and compiling quality data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
