R&D Executive (Bakery, Snacks, Biscuits Domains)

Job Summary
Develop and improve food products and packaging, ensuring quality, food safety, and legal compliance, while supporting production and export efficiency (packaging, container loading). Acts as the link between R&D, QA, Production, Marketing, and Sales/Export.
Key Responsibilities
Product R&D: Research market trends; develop and optimize formulas; run pilot tests and shelf-life studies; explore alternative/cost-saving ingredients.
Packaging Development: Research packaging materials/trends; develop new packaging structures; manage suppliers, technical drawings, and artwork approval; ensure packaging protection standards.
Export Container Optimization: Design and maintain container loading plans and packing standards to maximize capacity and minimize damage.
Compliance & Product Registration: Coordinate with QA/QC on quality/safety indicators; support product registration and labeling documentation.
Production & Cross-Functional Support: Transfer formulas/processes to the factory; troubleshoot technical issues; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Export, and Logistics.
Learning & Administration: Stay current on industry knowledge, share expertise with the team, and complete periodic reports.
