Mô tả công việc
- Working in the Costing & Contracting team, In charge of Project tendering and Bidding;
- Be responsible for work including Cost estimation, prepare bidding documents, etc.;
- Be responsible for the commercial negotiation, ensure correctly concluding the contracts;
- Follow up the work progress and handle different types of commercial variation orders, coordinating the project management team to follow up VO works and document works timely;
- Prepare and apply for the monthly progress payment from the owner;
- Liaise with the owner and consultants, handle the project work final account, including calculation and negotiation etc.
- Liaise with Sub-contractors, handle contracts, progress payments, VOs, final account etc.
- Involved in business development in Vietnam and neighboring markets.
- Report to management on weekly basis
- Support management in sales and business development activities, meet local Clients
- Support management in development of Costing & Contract department;
- Develop and improve companies' templates for costing management and contract management;
- Ad-Hoc works assigned by the top management of the company.
Yêu cầu
• Rich Experience in Costing Management works (at least 7 years);
• Experience working with Residential type Projects (Apartments & Condo, Hotel & Resort etc.)
• With experience working in International companies;
• Familiar with the procedure of Tendering/Bidding works in local market, managing Taxation knowledge related to the project costing works.
• Team working, Good communication and Management skills;
• Good at Vietnamese and English language, Chinese language skill will be a big plus.
• Familiar with Local Construction & Decoration material market, manage certain material resources;
• Familiar with Local sub-con, Labour market, Manage certain sub-con, labour resources;
• Bachelor or Master's degree in architect, construction related major;
• Good at AutoCAD and Office Software (Word, Excel etc.);
• Certified Costing Engineer or Constructor with license or Certificate;
Other Requirements:
• Able communicate, to read and understand technical document and drawing in English
• Being able to respect tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds
• Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change
• Mainly work with Interior Fit-out & Decoration Project, other project experience and knowledge also welcome.
