POSITION SUMMARY:
As a QA Auditor, you will be in charge of the activities linked with the commercialization, pre-production, production monitoring. This includes but is not limited to; Extreme sizes validation, cutting die opening, in-line inspection, production trial validation, material check, and follows up of corrective action plans.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
1/ Pre-Production/Commercialization
- In charge of the die cut approval
- In charge of the extreme sizing control and approval
- Participate into the Pre-Production meeting
- Approve the PPS
- Write the Pre-Production report
2/ Production
- Perform In-Line inspection
- Monitor production quality and schedule
- Report to the planning team any production delay
- Pick sample and send for testing
3/ CAP
- Help with CAP investigation and fact gathering
- In charge for local CAP implementation
- Report on CAP effectiveness
4/ Reporting
- Fill daily and weekly report about:
o Pre-Production results
o Production status and Quality
- Report monthly on factories improvement, systems, issues, innovation etc
Yêu cầu
Experience: 5 years background in a similar senior position, preferable from within a fast paced fashion environment.
Education: High School and above.
Skills:
• Experience in Word & Excel , MS Office
• Fluency in Mandarin (for china base) or Vietnamese (for Vietnam base) and Written English
