As Selex continues to expand rapidly, we are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to strengthen our quality management system and ensure product excellence across all manufacturing processes.
II. Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistent product quality.
Plan and execute quality control activities throughout the production cycle - from raw materials to final product delivery.
Evaluate and ensure the quality performance of suppliers, maintaining alignment with company standards.
Apply and uphold international quality management standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949.
Participate in product inspections, quality audits, and process improvements to enhance manufacturing reliability.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
Prepare reports and analyze quality data to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
III. Candidate Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
Solid understanding of ISO quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949) and related quality assurance systems.
Experience in developing and applying product quality management procedures.
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
