This position holder is responsible to:
- Quality Management System of a GSP Warehouse
- Achieve pharmaceutical quality assurance objectives set by the current law
- Prepare and Manage Quality Management documentation in compliance with the applicable regulations.
- Supervise all activities related to the quality to ensure that all pharmaceutical products or documents are meeting the registered requirements of quality.
- Co- ordinate with Warehouse Manager and other functions to resolve issues related to quality.
- Prepare the annual self- audit and the corrective and preventive action plan accordingly.
- Evaluate the Distributors, handle the complaints and report on drug recall.
- Implement the pharmaceutical regulations related to Quality Management
- Perform all reports related to the position holder.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from Pharmacist University
- Practicing certificate on pharmacist
- At least 3 years experiences in the QA position within pharmaceutical industry
- Comprehensive understanding of a wide range of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Quality Assurance Requirements
- Understanding of local regulations related to GSP
- Being energetic, highly motivated, highly result-oriented;
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Organizing and planning, strategic thinking, problem analysis and problem-solving
- Good computer skills- especially on MS Office software
