Quality Assurance Manager

- Ensure that data results from lab are accurate
- Ensure that laboratory follows safety and quality assurance procedures
- Seeing that employee are properly trained and always complied with rules and regulations
- Maintain, develop, update and distribute the laboratory's quality system (ISO17025, other accreditations, safety, etc.)
- Train employees on compliance for the QA system in our laboratory
- Ensuring efficient traceability of records (chemicals, equipment, tests, etc.)
- Assign responsibilities, tasks to QA employee(s) and evaluate their performances
- Train auditors for internal audit in laboratory
- Plan registration / follow up of the annual proficiency testing programs
- Monitor and report the results of proficiency testing planned
- Responsible for internal audits, evaluation the quality tests
- Prepare documents and participate in external audits (accreditation assessment, customer audit, etc.)
- Prepare a report on the testing capacity of the laboratory for accreditation bodies upon request
- Manage the implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to the laboratory quality management system
- Create internal standard samples, evaluate and valid the results of the internal standard samples, ensure the control test results.
- Plan / monitor internal training, external training of laboratory technicians
- Update the technical records of employees
- Monitor the implementation according to the plan of assessing technical competence of technicians
- Evaluate the trend control chart of control samples
- Ensure the calibration operations, control equipment periodical planned
- Evaluate the performance of subcontractors on testing services.
- Monitor handling of customer complaint(s)
- Manage the creation of new code for the analysis criteria, creating a new matrix on Elims software
- Manage and update accreditation signs of accredited tests on Elims software
- Monitor the maintenance activities of Elims software
