Develop and maintain quality management systems
Monitor production processes and quality performance
Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks
Investigate defects, complaints and non-conformities
Implement corrective and preventive actions
Train employees on quality standards and procedures.
Analyze quality data and prepare reports
Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
Knowledge of AQL inspection standard
Defect classification and root-cause analysis
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to communicate with production team, technicians, and quality teams.
Conflict resolution and team motivation
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and vendors
Conduct quality review meetings
Proficient in Inspectorio platform
Train inspectors on Inspectorio workflows and quality standards
Decision-making under production pressure
Skilled in leading quality teams, reducing defect rates, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Strong knowledge on cotton knit garment wash
Support buyer visits and technical audits

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality, or related fields. (A degree in Quality Assurance (QA) is an advantage)
