Quality Assurance Specialist

I. Job Purpose:
Ensure all products for selling at CK have complete quality records and comply with the law, the operation process complies with Circle K Vietnam standards and the requirements of the Vietnamese law
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all product related.
II. Job Accountabilities:
1. Quality assurance of suppliers
Coordinate with CM/ACM/Supplier and related department to ensure supplier supply all products, which must be following food safety, Circle K Vietnam standard, Vietnam law requirement
Provide the right documents about the quality of the product and work with the government inspection team at the store and office (if any)
Plan and perform training on quality awareness, quality control, analytical methods, food safety standards for relevant subjects
2. Product document control
Monitor and ensure all products being sold at Circle K have enough documents
Consulting and supporting suppliers in preparing product documents to ensure complete and correct documents before doing business at Circle K
3. Issue handling
Investigate and monitor and resolve complaints related to food safety issues of products at the store
Support and monitor the resolution of food safety incidents at the store
4. Other tasks/ Các nhiệm vụ khác:
Make and follow the QA reports
Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager
