Skills & Competencies:
- Strong facilitation and training delivery skills
- Strong knowledge of warehouse or manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and operational excellence practices.
- Good understanding of continuous improvement and structured problem-solving methodologies such as 5S, FMEA, A3 problem solving, 8D, and root cause analysis.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with exposure to reporting, dashboarding, or data visualization tools being an advantage.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality, Internal Control, or related positions within warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
- Experience in audit preparation, compliance management, and customer aud
it support is an advantage.
- Exposure to RBA, ISO, or other quality and compliance management systems is preferred.
