- Update food safety management system in accordance with BRC, Organic Standard, customer requirement.
- Promote and support other departments to write internal document vs standard requirement.
- Verify the compliance of food safety management system - Internal audit, GMP audit, periodicly inspection, testing result of finished product, CCP monitoring records,...
- Arrange relevant training of the food safety to team member, factory employee; Training staff for on-job skill, testing technique.
- In charge external audits: BRC, Organic, Smeta, customer audit,...
- Handling customer questionnaire
- Handling customer complaint.
- Verify suppliers auditing/approval.
- Make sure periodic works are performed and complete report as food safety system' plan - on pest control report, quality objective measuring, EMP procedure, annual water and product testing, traceability, mock recall, calibration, HACCP review , Management review, ..
- Update regulations, implement and promote other departments to implement planned programs in response to the SMETA audit at factory side.
- Works related to QA dept for Smeta: Fisrt aid training, working environment inspection,...
- Ordering, managing QAQC supplies and equipment.
