Quality Control Officer

- Responsible for implementation the testing from requestor (RD BBM, other stakeholders...)
- Ensure to carry out testing with standard procedure applying of the equipment/human/method/facilities...
- Supporting the superior in ensuring continuous test operation, good performance, maintenance and housekeeping of laboratory equipment and facilities. Supporting the superior in achieving objectives/ targets outlined by the Head of Department.
- Manage headcount of RDTC to fulfill the task/test requirement from RD, others...
- Responsible for maintain and contribution by regularly feedback to QC Manager, RD BBM for improvement testing procedure
- To supervise, train and administer personnel to ensure efficient quality checking and releasing of parts in the respective section of departments. In addition, this includes assisting the superior in the execution of the Quality Control functions to ensure products compliance with quality requirements.
- Manage the testing time for cost aspect control.
- Harmonize testing procedure between team and site for standardization
- Manage & storage document for traceability (TS, TR...)
- Support other functions of team (Incoming, Final Control, In process...) when
required.
- Adherence to Good Laboratory Practices, Good Documentation Practices, Good
Housekeeping and Good Manufacturing Process.
