What will you do?
Make detailed plans for test teams, and manage team progress.
Review test documents, manage the execution.
Control and monitor test results to ensure project quality.
Summary of issues arising during project implementation and recommendations for improvement, implementation of Scum and role as PM.
Manage and develop team members.
Defining and implementing tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of QA inside of the Product team
Proficient in end-to-end testing, not only in delivering a polished user experience but also in keeping the important user flows and business logic in mind.

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in the position of Automation Test Leader or Automation Tester or Manual Test Leader
The careful meticulous, good mindset of software quality, always eager to participate in developing the best quality products.
Has knowledge and ability to perform testing techniques (black box, white box, automation test, security test).
Have experience in planning.
Have experience in testing Web Systems, Mobile Applications.
Enthusiastic, ability to work under pressure.
