Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become a Quality Engineer (Mechanical, ID20000) at a foreign-invested company and earn $1200/month:
Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
Prepare and update quality documentation: procedures, ITPs, inspection methods
Review customer technical and quality requirements
Manage non-conformities and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Ensure full traceability of materials and documentation
Support internal and external audits (customers, third parties)
Evaluate and monitor suppliers and subcontractors
Perform incoming material inspection (MTC, EN 10204 3.1 certificates)
Conduct dimensional inspections (calipers, micrometers, CMM if applicable)
Supervise non-destructive testing activities (UT, PT, MT, RT as required)
Control welding activities (WPS, WPQR, welder qualifications)
Inspect mechanical assemblies and semi-finished products
Perform final inspection and FAT with customers
Prepare inspection reports and quality dossiers (Data Book) in English
Requirement
Male, under 35 years old
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management
3-5 years of experience in QA/QC within a mechanical manufacturing company
Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong knowledge of international standards (ISO, EN, ASTM, ASME)
Good command of English
