Quality Engineer

PQE:
1. Responsible for ensuring quality control and continuous improvement throughout the production process.
2. Address and resolve quality issues arising during production and processing; conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
3. Review raw material quality issues in collaboration with the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) and monitor the implementation of improvement actions.
4. Work closely with Process Engineers to identify process risks and drive continuous improvement to enhance product yield and consistency.
5. Establish and maintain quality-related documentation standards, and ensure compliance with the quality management system.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to handle customer complaints, perform failure analysis, and implement improvement measures.
7. Ensure customer requirements are properly implemented and maintained within the production process.
8. Provide training, guidance, and performance supervision for Quality Control (QC) personnel.
SQE:
1. Manage and control supplier quality to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
2. Oversee incoming material inspection, handle nonconformities, and drive suppliers to implement corrective and improvement actions.
3. Conduct qualification and certification assessments for new suppliers to ensure capability and quality alignment.
4. Perform regular evaluations of key suppliers, including monthly reviews, on-site audits, annual audits, and follow-up on improvement actions.
5. Manage abnormal material issues, monitor improvement progress, and track and close Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) in a timely manner.
6. Establish and maintain incoming inspection standards and provide training to Incoming Quality Control (IQC) personnel.
