Mô tả công việc
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Determine the adequacy on inspection gates, frequency, sample size and method.
- Document all CARS in statistical manner as effective feedback for corrective actions and improvement.
- Monitor and control conformance to specification are followed within tolerance limit of the original specifications.
- Initiate investigation and feedback to customer on nonconformance of in process and outgoing material.
- Buy off disposition proposal
- Liaise with customer on feedback and continuous quality improvement.
- Responsible for verifying corrective actions committed are implemented.
- Ensure all qualifications and characterization done meet all the requirement of Customer.
- Identify appropriate statistical tools to be used in the organization.
- Identify and conduct appropriate training to all levels in organization on the applications of the various statistical tools.
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by QA manager.
Yêu cầu
