Quality Engineer (Quantity: 02)

** Work Location: Vinfast Hai Phong Factory - VinFast Automobile Manufacturing Complex - Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Cat Hai town, Cat Hai district, City. Hai Phong
- Working closely with customer and supplier to carry out quality assessment measure for all the products.
· Take a look at the claim report, specifications, and blueprints to understand the product requirements
· Go & See activity: Visit customer and discuss profoundly to understand to the situation and condition
· Initial analysis at customer side for potential root cause.
· Collect necessary quality information to support investigating process
· Discuss and negotiate with customer for resolving the problem
· Arrange manpower for sorting if needed to ensure the quality of incoming parts and avoid shortage situation as well as satisfy customer's expectation of supplier's service
- Issuing quality report to supplier and discuss on investigation:
· Issue claim report to supplier.
· Discuss with supplier to investigate the cause
· Arrange part replacement for customer
· Resolving quality-related issues adhering to deadlines
· Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met
· Check and analyze report submitted by maker
- Monitoring and training workers for sorting and repairing activity.
- Making sorting report and settle cost issue with related parties.
