Mô tả công việc
• Quality inspection includes initial sample testing, incoming goods inspection, new product testing & other inspection for process-related quality problems.
• Conduct routine tests and evaluations to ensure products meet specification standards.
• Utilizes gauges (Go/No Go ring, micrometers, calipers, optical comparator & other lab measurements) to perform frequent quality inspections of parts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions. Prepare and submit reports on quality control activities, defects, and improvement plans to management
• Work closely with other departments to resolve quality-related issues. Act as the liaison between the QC department and other departments regarding quality-related matters.
• Ensures documentation conforms to specification and dimensional requirements.
• Maintain QMS and reviews to ensure compliance with Wuerth's quality standards, and regulatory requirements,
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager & company
Yêu cầu
• Completed technical studies in the field of engineering sciences or comparable technical qualification, preferably mechanical, fastening & assembly materials
• 3+ years' experience in QC role in related industry
• Preferably with knowledge in the field of fastening materials & other C-parts products
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc. preferred
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)
• Ability to work in a team with a high degree of personal responsibility and commitment, strong communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Certification in Quality Control is a plus,
