Quality Management & Lab Operations - manage the QC/QA framework across incoming materials, in-process SPC, and final QA; oversee the internal testing laboratory and reliability testing.
HSE & Risk Management - conduct audits, workplace risk assessments, and incident investigations (RCCA/CAPA); manage environmental permits and industrial hygiene and safety programs.
Process Optimization - apply FMEA, SPC, and DOE to optimize kiln firing schedules and glaze parameters.
Sales Engineering & Client Resolution - investigate and resolve customer quality complaints; translate technical quality data into client-facing insights supporting the sales pipeline.
Training & Traceability - deliver SOP, MSDS, and quality training to factory staff; implement a Master Batch traceability system.
Detailed performance targets and KPIs for this role-covering HSE compliance, ISO certification milestones, product quality and scrap-rate standards, safety performance, and Cost of Quality-are set out in the attached Position Description and will form the basis of your performance reviews.

Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Ceramic Manufacturing (or a related field) and a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in QA/QC and HSE leadership within heavy manufacturing environments, preferably in the ceramic manufacturing industry.
Quyền lợi
Base Salary: 1,500 USD per month.
13th-Month Salary: One additional month's base salary, payable in accordance with the Company's policy.
Performance Bonuses: Awarded based on the achievement of QMS/KPI milestones as outlined in your Position Description.
Insurance: Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and other statutory benefits in accordance with Vietnamese law.
