Responsible for the company certifications
Tasks:
- Responsible for all activities related to the company Quality System
+ Update all the quality indicators of the company
+ Maintain an up-to-date quality system, in accordance with the ISO 9001
v2015 standards
- Responsible for the overall quality of products shipped to the customers.
+ Define and maintain the company control plan in order to meet the quality
targets of the company (number of customer claims, internal scrap levels)
+ Prepare and maintain all the documentation related to the control plan
(Control plan itself, control procedures, good / not good judgement criteria...
+ Manage customer quality claims, identify, implement and justify for temporary
safety plans and counter-measures,
Support
sales technically to ensure a smooth communication with the customer. Make sure they are efficient.
+ Follow-up with internal scrap level and identify improvement actions.
Provide a monthly scrap inventory.
- Responsible for the management of the Quality team
+ Manage quality human resources on a daily basis (ensure a clear and fair
distribution of tasks, give targets, make sure they are achieved)
+ Ensure that sufficient human resources are present to implement the
company control plan, manage the skills, build necessary training plan.
+ Communicate the company objectives to the team
- Responsible for the mass production qualification of new products / new components
+ Responsible for the quality of the components, build qualification plan, implement the plan, and make qualification report
+ Maintain and make new components specs, update them with field experience
+ Support
purchasing department technically
+ Audit suppliers, build improvement plans, follow-up with improvements
- Responsible for the company certifications
+ Maintain company ISO9001:v2015 certification
+ Obtain the required new certifications (ISO14001)
